Sathish Kopparapu brings more than 17 years of experience in real estate and property development. By staying focused on what matters most to customers, he has delivered several successful ventures over the years. His current focus is Kundhan County, which is set to become one of the finest communities around Hyderabad.

The company was founded in June 2013 with a vision to bring fresh thinking to land and property development, backed by its founder’s earlier experience in the field. That vision became Kundhan County, a 32-acre community at Chitkul, Isnapur, with premium amenities, a quality lifestyle and comfortable living at an affordable price.
The company is also working on three more projects on its land bank at Kothur (Bangalore Highway), Chegur and Nandigama.
